Is Kaff free?
Yes. Kaff is free to download and use on iPhone and Android.
Which coffee shops can I find?
You can search for coffee shops near you or anywhere you travel, matcha spots included, and rate them wherever you are.
What if I can't find a shop?
If a coffee shop or cafe doesn't show up, you can add it to our database from the app, and then rate it like any other. Kaff leaves out large chains like Starbucks and Dunkin', so those entries get removed if they're added.
How do I make a list?
Open your Profile, tap the Lists tab, then tap New List. You can add shops to a list from any shop page.
How do I follow someone?
Open their profile and tap Follow. Their ratings and posts will show up in your Following feed on the Home tab.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. This removes your login and marks your profile as deleted, and your posts, photos and other stored content are deleted manually within 24 hours.
How do I report a review or a problem?
Email support@kaffapp.com with a link or a screenshot and what's wrong, and we'll take a look.
